PHASE 1

We meet with leadership, decision-makers, and key

stakeholders in order to gain a better understanding

of the position, culture, departmental and

organizational goals. We also determine the

personal attributes and characteristics of the ideal

candidate in an effort to ensure the best fit for your

organization.

PHASE 2

The position specification is based on information provided during the assessment process and is used to guide the search efforts in conjunction with a job description.

It will outline specifics regarding:

  • Departmental goals and objectives

  • Position specification

  • Challenges of the position

  • Training and experience necessary for the position

  • General qualifications

  • Specific skills and abilities

PHASE 3

We conduct industry-specific market analysis and

research, and develop a comprehensive marketing

strategy based on data. We determine best

sourcing techniques and network opportunities in

order to identify quality candidates for the position.

Every candidate will go through a thorough in-depth

screening and interview process to ensure he/she

meets the position specification and fits for your

organization’s goals and culture.

PHASE 4

Only the top slate of diverse qualified candidates is presented to leadership for consideration. Detailed profiles are prepared on each of the candidates summarizing their work history and educational background, accomplishments and a complete evaluation of the candidate as it relates to the position specifications and organization fit.

Offer and Negotiations

During this phase, we work closely with leadership and the candidate to navigate the offer and negotiation

process. We also ensure all candidates are thoroughly vetted and the background check process is complete.
