PHASE 2
The position specification is based on information provided during the assessment process and is used to guide the search efforts in conjunction with a job description.

PHASE 3
We conduct industry-specific market analysis and

sourcing techniques and network opportunities in
order to identify quality candidates for the position.
Every candidate will go through a thorough in-depth
screening and interview process to ensure he/she
meets the position specification and fits for your
organization’s goals and culture.
PHASE 4
Only the top slate of diverse qualified candidates is presented to leadership for consideration. Detailed profiles are prepared on each of the candidates summarizing their work history and educational background, accomplishments and a complete evaluation of the candidate as it relates to the position specifications and organization fit.
